Our Commitment
Yayasan Wellington College Independent School and Wellington College Independent School Jakarta (WCIJ) are committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all our operations.
We maintain this Whistleblower Policy to provide a safe and confidential avenue for employees, parents, contractors and members of the public to raise genuine concerns about suspected misconduct, unethical behaviour or breaches of our Code of Conduct.
All reports made in good faith will be handled confidentially and investigated fairly.
Scope of Reporting
Reports may include (but are not limited to):
- Fraud, corruption or misuse of funds
- Abuse of authority or conflict of interest
- Breaches of laws or regulations
- Harassment, discrimination or abuse
- Concealment of any of the above
Protection and Confidentiality
Whistleblowers are protected from any form of retaliation or disadvantage.
All reports will be treated with strict confidence. Identities will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.
Your identity and the content of your report will be shared only with those who need to know in the investigation.
How to Report
To help with the investigation, please include as much information as possible:
- Date, time and place of the event
- People involved or witnesses
- Details of the misconduct or incident
- Any supporting evidence (documents, photos, emails, etc.)
- Your relationship to the matter or how you learned about it
All reports made in good faith will be treated confidentially and individuals who report will be protected from retaliation. Your identity will not be revealed without your consent, unless required by law.
