Pre-Schooling (Tangy’s Toddlers & Tangy’s Explorers)

At Wellington College Independent School Jakarta, we believe a child’s earliest experience of learning should be filled with curiosity, confidence and a sense of belonging. Tangy’s Toddlers & Explorers offers children aged 12 to 24 months a gentle introduction to the Wellington College environment through purposeful play, exploration and meaningful interactions.

Through meaningful experiences and purposeful play, children explore the world around them, build early relationships and grow in confidence within a warm and nurturing environment. Our approach reflects the principles that shape Early Years learning at Wellington College: children learn best when they feel secure, engaged and inspired to explore.

Tangy’s Toddlers

12 – 18 months | Discovering Together

A gentle child-and-caregiver discovery programme for our youngest pupils. Through sensory experiences, movement, music, stories and purposeful play, children are encouraged to discover their surroundings while remaining close to the person they trust the most.

18 – 24 months | Growing Confidence

As children become increasingly independent and social, Tangy’s Explorers offers playful experiences that encourage communication, early friendships and collaborative play, helping children become increasingly confident within the Wellington College environment.
